An upgrade of the Ethereum (ETH) network is scheduled to be implemented on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. In preparation for this upgrade, we will be taking the following measures:
- We will be conducting system maintenance on April 23, 7:00 PM (PT) – April 24, 1:00 AM (PT). During this period:
- Deposits and withdrawals for ETH, ETC, and all ERC-20 tokens will be temporarily suspended.
- Normal deposit and withdrawal services will resume after the maintenance is complete.
- Additionally, Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), and all ERC-20 token deposits and withdrawals will be suspended temporarily beginning around 9:00 PM (PT) on Monday, May 5, 2025.
- If you need to deposit/withdraw any of these assets, please ensure that it is done at least 24 hours before the deadlines mentioned above.
* IMPORTANT: Do not deposit ETH, ETC, or any ERC-20 tokens from an external service during either suspension period. If these assets are sent to bitFlyer during the suspension periods, there is a possibility that we will be unable to confirm their receipt.
